Tim Irish
As Founder and CEO, Tim has developed the infrastructure that is Global Swift Funding and continues to oversee day-to-day operations. Tim has an extensive background in the debt and equity financing markets, including but not limited to; municipal, corporate, collateralized mortgage, and foreign denominated bonds. Irish has unique skills in the creation and implementation of risk adverse investment programs, tailored to take advantage of the current world markets by means of proprietary due-diligence and risk management programs.
Tim Irish's experience as an entrepreneur with various size businesses allows him the opportunity to analyze our customer base with familiarity and respect, setting Global Swift Funding a step above our competition.
Glen D. Hinshaw
Chairman/ Acting CFO
Glen D. Hinshaw has over 22 years of public and private investment experience. He began his career in mathematics and engineering before joining Prudential's Asset Management department in 1986. At Prudential, he specialized in high net worth family wealth planning and risk management. In 1994, Glen started Hinshaw Financial Group and furthered his career of active investment management. Through his private investments, Glen owns or has owned many successful businesses throughout the years including a risk analysis and financial planning firm, a retail bike store, a health care technology company and a world class tour production company that works with the likes of the Rolling Stones and U2. In 2003, Glen became more active in the public markets with the formation of HSL Financial Group, a Registered Investment Adviser. Glen's investment career recently has come full circle with his formation of a private investment fund that is available to accredited investors.
Currently, Glen is Chairman of the Board / CEO of eSoles, the technological leader in the custom made footbed industry and sits on the Board of Directors for Global Swift Funding, a rapidly growing financial services company located in San Diego, CA. Glen advises the Boards of Pressure Profile Systems, a Los Angeles based high technology developer of pressure instrumentation systems and Medical Tactile, Inc, a Los Angeles based medical device company which develops, manufactures and sells cancer examination and documentation technology to medical facilities and physicians.
Glen enjoys all outdoor activities but his true personal passion is cycling. Late in 2002 Glen was added to the US Postal Service Masters /AMD Cycling Team. Glen holds both national and world championships in track (velodrome) cycling events.
Glen received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southwest Institute of Technology in Construction and Design Engineering. He holds the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellowship designation and is Series 65 licensed.
Kathi McQuitty
Kathi McQuitty joined as a member of the board in 2008 and has had an immediate impact. Bringing qualities and experience not yet seen in such a developing industry, Kathi will be an integral part in the continued growth of Global Swift Funding.
McQuitty brings to Global Swift Funding a proven track record of leadership and financial industry know-how. She charted new territory for women in banking in the 1970s when she began her career with The Arizona Bank, quickly gaining recognition and respect from clients and colleagues. During her diverse career, McQuitty honed her management skills in many areas of the lending field including real estate (commercial and residential), commercial, private bank services along with retail driven products.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, McQuitty, a Phoenix Native, has been actively involved in serving her community over the years. She has contributed her time to Valley Youth Theatre, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Arizona Women's Education & Employment (AWEE), and SO Optimists. McQuitty is a graduate of Northern Arizona University.
